The Montessori method allows a children to enrich their cognitive and creative abilities that sets them up for success in all stages of their lives. Having been a Montessori Explorer student myself, I can say that the foundation they helped me build has allowed me navigate through high school, university, and adult life very successfully. Montessori Explorer was a crucial stepping stone into my higher education. I started at Montessori Explorer when I was 2 years old and went on to learn and be apart of the school and its community until 6th grade. This school provided an interactive and fun learning environment where I could learn about subjects through interactive and immersive activities, which helped me further understand concepts greatly. This school provided fun activities and experiences which made learning interesting rather than a chore. Such activities and experiences included field trips, demonstrations, and hands-on lessons. The teachers were also incredibly involved and encouraging in my education, and they played a great role in helping me succeed in not only my education at Montessori Explorer, but also my education in middle and high school. Without my time at Montessori Explorer, I am sure that I wouldn’t be as successful in my academics and general life as I am today!

The time I spent at Montessori Explorer was some of my favorite time spent at a school ever. I especially enjoyed how they treated the students at this school. Never did I ever feel bullied at school as the teachers all do a great job at shutting down and redirecting any negative comments made towards other students and/or staff. I also enjoyed the smaller class sizes as opposed to having 30+ kids in one classroom. I felt like I had lots of one on one time with my teachers and anytime I didn’t understand something they were able to take the time and actually explain it to me which is a luxury not many schools can afford. The learning is very hands on which is quite nice as you get to actually see how exactly this whole multiplying thing works when you’re first starting out instead of worksheets with a list of problems on them. I also enjoyed all the diverse backgrounds of all the students and how they were all welcomed and no one was ever ostracized based on their culture. Overall my time spent at Montessori Explorer was a wonderful experience and I will definitely enroll my own kids one day.
