Lead Teacher – Klimt Classroom

My name is Ariadna Denisee Chávez, and I am the Lead Teacher in Klimt Classroom. I have worked in Early Childhood Education for over 14 years, and throughout this time, I have been deeply committed to the development and well-being of young children.

My passion for education led me to specialize as a Montessori Teacher. I was drawn to the Montessori method because of the way it encourages independence and how its materials help develop children’s motor and cognitive skills. I truly enjoy creating nurturing and engaging environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

I firmly believe that, as educators, we learn from children every single day—their strengths, empathy, love for their peers, and eagerness to discover new things constantly motivate me. These daily experiences are what inspire me to teach with care, introduce new materials with purpose, and support each child in their unique learning journey.

In my classroom, I strive to create an environment built on respect, trust, and care. I believe that every student deserves to feel valued and heard, and I work hard to ensure that everyone treats one another with kindness and understanding. Respect is at the heart of everything we do — respecting each other’s ideas, space, and individuality.

Trust is also essential. I want my students to feel safe expressing themselves, asking questions, and taking risks in their learning. I know that when they trust me and their classmates, real growth can happen.

Above all, I lead with care. I genuinely care about my students — not only about their academic progress but also about their well-being. I try to show them every day that they are important and capable.

And of course, knowledge is a key pillar in our classroom. I encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. My goal is to help each student discover their strengths and develop the confidence to pursue their goals.

Together, through respect, trust, care, and a shared love of learning, we create a space where everyone can thrive.
