I’m a business development specialist at Montessori Explorer, a holistic therapist, and a personal and business coach—but more than anything, I’m someone deeply passionate about human connection, inner growth, and helping others return to the most authentic version of themselves.
My journey working with children began in 2013, when I became a supervisor for an after-school tutoring program. What started as a job quickly revealed a deeper calling—I felt a natural connection with children and a deep sense of purpose in supporting their development. That experience led me to pursue my Montessori teaching certification through the Montessori Teachers College of San Diego, an AMS and MACTE-accredited program. I completed my practicum year at Maria Montessori School while also working at Beth Montessori, and soon after I was offered a Lead Guide position at Maria Montessori School, where I remained until the start of the pandemic.
During those early years, I fell in love with the Montessori philosophy—not just as a method of education, but as a way of honoring each individual’s unique path. That philosophy has stayed with me in everything I do. When the pandemic shifted the world, I found myself supporting families through homeschooling and emotional transitions, which sparked an evolution in my own professional path.
Becoming a mother expanded that evolution even more. As I navigated the journey of parenthood, I was called to support others in a deeper way. I began offering coaching—at first informally—and soon realized how much I loved helping people uncover their own clarity, strength, and purpose. I combined my experiences in education with the business perspective I gained through my certification in Global Business Tools from Harvard University, and in 2022, I formally launched my own practice as a holistic therapist and coach.
Today, I work closely with individuals in both personal and business settings. I lead workshops and trainings, hold space for healing and transformation, and help clients move through the fears and limitations that hold them back. Whether I’m working with a parent, a teacher, or a business owner, my goal is always the same: to empower people to reconnect with their truth and to create lives that feel aligned, grounded, and fulfilling.
At Montessori Explorer, I continue to serve as a business development specialist and parent coach. I support families as they navigate their child’s early years, and I ensure our staff is continuously growing with ongoing training and reflection. I care deeply about making sure our school stays rooted in the values and integrity that have defined it since the beginning.
Outside of my professional work, I find joy and balance in simple, grounding practices. I love to meditate and spend time in nature—hiking, practicing yoga, and connecting with the Earth. I’m a lifelong learner and regularly attend trainings, workshops, and classes in my field to deepen my knowledge and expand my tools. One of my greatest joys is spending time at home with my husband and son, where I can slow down and be fully present with the people I love most.
Ultimately, everything I do—professionally and personally—stems from a deep desire to help people live more connected, conscious, and empowered lives. I believe in the potential of every human being to grow beyond their limitations, to heal, and to come home to themselves.
