My Name is Sophia Moreno and I am a Montessori Consultant and Certified Holistic Coach, supporting individuals, parents, and schools in cultivating aligned, thriving environments rooted in intention, connection, and deep respect for development. My work helps uncover and heal the subconscious patterns and childhood wounding that often drive behavior, so that people can live and lead from a more empowered, conscious place.

With over 17 years of experience as a Montessori guide, I’ve worked with children from 8 months to 6 years old across every stage of early childhood. This hands-on classroom work gave me profound insight into developmental needs, emotional regulation, and the parent-child-teacher dynamic. I’ve guided hundreds of families, learning firsthand how to hold space for growth while honoring each child’s unique journey.

Now, I serve as a consultant to Montessori schools, offering support in hiring, teacher training, classroom restructuring, and leadership alignment. My approach is rooted in Montessori philosophy — a method that fosters independence, inner discipline, and reverence for the child’s natural path of development. I help schools create environments that are not only physically prepared, but emotionally grounded and philosophically aligned, ensuring both children and educators can flourish.

As a parent coach, I guide caregivers in setting clear and loving boundaries while also learning to regulate their own nervous systems. This leads to more peaceful, connected homes where trust and cooperation can grow.

My holistic coaching blends Montessori insight with integrative tools such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), inner child and parts work, somatic breathwork, nervous system regulation, and energy work, allowing for deep and lasting transformation — whether at home, in the classroom, or within the self.
